| Quick Start | |

This section provides a quick overview for how to get started with the site.
Please also review the rest of the user guide to fully appreciate all of the features and benefits.

| Register Online | |
| Use the registration form available from the register link on our home page. The registration form should be completed by your designated program office administrator. | |
| Add Users | |
Once you have registered your program office, the administrator should login
to the site and add users:
program office users add user.

| Add A Project | |
Add the first project of your program office:
program office add project.
The only information required when adding a project is a project name.

| Access Rights | |
For each user, assign access rights for each of your projects.
Later on, as you become familiar with the site, you can create group
definitions that describe access rights. You can then simply add users to
groups and they will automatically acquire access rights.

| Work On Projects! | |
To start working on a project plan, navigate to a project worksheet:
program office pick a project modify.
Add resources
Add tasks
Add assignments and resources to task
Add dependencies to tasks and task folders

| Add Vacation/Non-Working Days | |
Add vacation days for your entire program office or for individual projects:
program office vacation days all projects or pick project.
In addition you can add vacation days for a specific resource. You do this
by changing the properties of a resource:

| View Gantt Chart | |
Once you have defined some tasks, you can view a Gantt chart in a fully
interactive mode:
program office pick project view full gantt chart.
