| Adding new projects is very simple with Plan On The Net .com. | |
| Who Can Add New Projects | |
| Any user can create a new project. The creator of a project is the initial owner. The administrator can re-assign project ownership. | |

From the program office home page select
add project.
After selecting this link, the system will display a field
new project name.
Enter the name of your new project in this field and then select
the
add project
button.

of your users that need to access your new project.
