Before starting Gold Service, all customers are encouraged to make use of our free registration to evaluate our software and site.

Minimum Term Length
Gold service is purchased in units of months, and therefore the minimum term length is one month.

Payments
All prices, payments and transfers are in US dollars.

Payment may be made via PayPal subscription payment services.

Once a Gold Service has started and is active, we offer a two-week grace period in order to maintain continuity of service to you.

Upon request, we will provide invoices for all confirmed payments.

Payment Refunds
Payments for the first month and payments for months that have completed or are in progress, are non-refundable.

Payment for months paid in advance are refundable (minus a bank transfer charge) if advance notice is given.

Service Level
Due to the number of factors outside of our control, and the many complex systems required to deliver the services to you, we provide no guarantees of system availability, performance, reliability, correctness or security of data.

However, our past and current performance shows a system availability of greater than 99.5%, based upon 7 days/week, 24 hours a day.

We take online backups every 30 minutes.

We reserve the right to terminate any Gold Service at our discretion.

Support
Support is provided via e-mail. Gold Service requests for support are treated on a priority basis.

We endeavor to reply back to support requests within 6 to 12 business hours (Eastern Standard Time, GMT+5 hours).

Gold Service members will also be given a special priority support e-mail address that will page (text message) our support staff.

Upon request and with advance notice, we can also review project plans and provide advice on how to best use the site, adjust project plans, suggestions, etc.

Suitability
We provide no implied or actual warranties or claims of suitability of this site or associated software for any specific purpose including but not limited to medical, military, emergency, security, health, diagnosis or life support applications.

Customers are encouraged to fully evaluate the site and satisfy themselves that the site is suitable for their purposes before starting Gold Service.
